Contact forms collect the fields displayed on the form, such as your name, email, sport and message. We use this information to answer your enquiry and discuss requested support. A message is not a confirmed booking and does not subscribe you to marketing. Messages may be retained in email correspondence.
Please do not send medical records, diagnoses, passport or payment-card details, or confidential information identifying another athlete. A parent or guardian should contact us on behalf of a minor.
Optional email newsletter
MailPoet manages voluntary newsletter subscriptions and the MailPoet Sending Service delivers emails. Subscription records can include email, name if supplied, subscription status, lists, confirmation information, signup date and source, IP address and time zone. Double opt-in requires confirmation of the subscription by email.
MailPoet open and click tracking is disabled in the current settings. Delivery status and subscription records can still be processed. Unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter or contact us. Unsubscribing stops marketing; it does not automatically erase all records.
PDF purchases
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for purchases through its checkout. It and its payment providers process payment and order information under their own notices. We can receive buyer contact details, purchased item, order reference and payment status to provide product support. Do not send full card numbers or security codes through this website. Technical data and cookies
Hosting, email and security services may process IP addresses, browser information, timestamps and technical logs. WordPress and its plugins may use functional cookies for login, language choices or a requested feature.
On 25 October 2026, Google Analytics code placement through Site Kit and plugin conversion tracking were disabled. This does not erase previously collected information or cookies already on your device. Browser settings let you control cookies; blocking functional cookies can affect features. External resources, including fonts, may disclose your IP address and browser information to their providers when loaded.
Providers, purposes and international processing
The site uses WordPress, Hostinger, MailPoet and email services; checkout uses Lemon Squeezy and its payment providers. Providers may process information outside your country. External websites have their own privacy practices. Using this website is not blanket consent to marketing or international transfers. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your data.
Purposes include responding to your request, providing purchased products and support, sending newsletters you request, maintaining security and meeting applicable legal obligations. Retention and your choices
Retention depends on the purpose, ongoing correspondence or subscription, disputes and applicable record-keeping duties. MailPoet is currently configured without automatic deletion of unconfirmed subscribers and sending-status records. You can request information about retained records and deletion, subject to applicable legal exceptions. We do not promise that unsubscribing immediately deletes every copy or backup.
